Work Planner (40 hours per week)
Are you good at planning, organizing, and coordinating between different parties? Do you have technical insight and ensure that projects are prepared down to the last detail? Then this role as a Work Planner at E=MC² is perfect for you.
What are you going to do?
As a Project Planner at E=MC², you are responsible for ensuring the seamless preparation of our project setups. You’ll create schedules, review drawings, maintain contact with suppliers, and monitor progress. Together with the project manager and site supervisor, you’ll ensure that every project gets off to a smooth start. You’ll work closely with our Purchasing Coordinator, who is responsible for ordering and delivering the right materials.
You’ll be coordinating closely with colleagues, external partners, and subcontractors. Thanks to your attention to detail and thorough preparation, everyone knows where, when, and with whom they can get to work.
What are we looking for in a candidate?
You’re a natural coordinator with a knack for technical details. You’re able to easily coordinate between different parties, keep track of everything, and aren’t afraid of deadlines. You also have:
- A completed associate's degree, preferably in Architecture or Engineering
- Experience as a work planner or the ambition to grow into that role
- Understanding construction processes and working drawings
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with planning or project management software (e.g., Bouw7) is a plus
- A precise, structured approach to work
- A sense of humor and a positive attitude
