Project Manager (40 hours per week)
Are you a proactive and results-oriented project manager with a keen eye for detail? Can you effectively manage client expectations and ensure that projects run smoothly and on schedule? Do you find satisfaction in keeping budgets and deadlines on track while collaborating with a team to deliver high-quality project designs? If so, you might just be the project manager we need to join our team!
What are you going to do?
As a Project Manager at E=MC², you are responsible for the overall management of projects within the entire project scope. You serve as the primary point of contact for the client and ensure that the project proceeds to their satisfaction. You achieve set goals within the agreed-upon deadlines while also monitoring the budget. You create the schedule and arrange for all materials, personnel, and tools. Naturally, you’ll be in close contact with the site supervisor, and together you’ll oversee the work on-site. The client can also come to you regarding any additional or reduced scope of work, and you’ll then communicate this to the internal departments. In this role, you’ll be on-site regularly, as it’s important to stay in touch with how things are progressing on the project.
Assessing, Visualizing, and Implementing—that’s what E=MC² is all about! We provide comprehensive solutions for the interior design of commercial buildings, offices, retail spaces, government facilities, schools, hospitality venues, and healthcare centers. Our four core activities are partition walls, flooring, suspended ceilings, and furniture, but thanks to our broad expertise in interior design, we can handle any comprehensive interior design project. E=MC² is an innovative, informal company with a no-nonsense culture.
